VEHICLE RENTAL CONDITIONS
We offer you the most competitive prices for medium and long term rentals with a complete service. Rates may change without notice. Models and groups are available and subject to confirmation of the reservation.
- OUR PRICES INCLUSIVE:
- Unlimited mileage.
- Malaga Airport Delivery and collection (9:00 to 21:00).
- Airport surchages.
- All taxes.
- Roof rack (To be request by booking).
- Map.
- 24 Hours a day breakdown service.
- NOT INCLUDED IN OUR RATES:
- Wheels: Damages to the wheels (Punctures, blow-out, accidents, etc...).
- Lost or damaged car key.Inadequate refuelling.
- Damaged due to negligent driving.
- The collection of the car at night between 21:00 and 09:00 will have an extra charge 15 €.
- Baby Seat are avaiable with a supplement of 3 € per rentig.
- Petrol: Value of fuel between 30 € and 60 € depending on the model supplied.
- Please, return it empty as there is no refund on unused fuel.
- Negligence: Cigarrette burns, cracked wing mirrors.Trafic and parking fines.
- VEHICLE COLLECTIONS:
At your arrival, we´ll be wating for you. With a sign, with you name at the arrivals hall (do not go down stairs)

- AGE AND LICENCES:
Minimun age 25, licence been. Held for a minimun of 1 year.
- PERIOD OF HIRE:
Rates are quoted per week. If additional days are required, they are available at 1/7th of the weekly rate. For bookings of less than a week, please send me, e-mail to: info@elviriabil.com.
- IDENTIFICATION:
Passport, original of driving licence.Fly tickets and credit card (very important).
- ACCIDENTS:
- Fill in the form (there is an accident report form with the car documents)
- Call to the Police.
- Report the accident within 24 hours to: info@elviriabil.com
